We broke an unwritten law that air travel menu doesn’t have to be very tasteful. Fast and mobile lifestyle doesn’t mean the consumers are forced to give up healthy, tasteful and fresh meals.

Therefore we created and opened a brand new market category – that we called Mobile Slow Food. Mobile Slow Food – designed for mobile people who prefer slow food. First slow food restaurant that accompanies consumers on their way, providing  them with nutritious and sophisticated courses. Wherever consumers are. On board of the air-plane as well as on the train or on the interstate bus.
